DevOps Team Lead
We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to take ownership of the cloud infrastructure and guide a small, skilled team of engineers. You’ll be shaping deployment processes, ensuring systems run smoothly, and helping the business scale with confidence.
You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact, modernise processes, and lead a team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. This is a role for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and building high-performing teams.
  
What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.
• Oversee the design, rollout, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and improve cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve delivery speed and system reliability.
• Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
