About the Company
Our client is a licensed iGaming operator in the Netherlands, offering a premium online casino experience to players in the Dutch market. With a strong focus on innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction, they are now seeking a Head of Casino to lead their casino vertical and drive continued growth.

The Role
As Head of Casino, you will own the casino product strategy and performance. You will manage a small but highly capable team, oversee content selection and supplier relationships, and ensure the casino delivers a competitive and engaging experience for players. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s casino vision in the regulated Dutch market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall casino strategy, including product roadmap and growth initiatives.
• Manage a team of casino specialists, ensuring strong execution across operations and campaigns.
• Lead game provider relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure a diverse, competitive portfolio.
• Oversee casino campaigns, promotions, and CRM activities to maximize player engagement and retention.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and product teams to optimize the casino offering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior casino role (e.g., Casino Manager, Head of Casino, Product Manager) within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of online casino operations, suppliers, and player engagement strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Language: Dutch is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English is essential.
