Backend Engineer (C# / .NET)

Overview Our client, a licensed iGaming operator, is seeking a Backend Engineer (C# / .NET) to strengthen their Gaming Integration team. This position is key in ensuring seamless integrations with gaming platforms, providers, and regulated market requirements.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
• Integrate third-party gaming providers and platforms.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues in production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and system architecture.

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET backend development.
• Previous work in iGaming or comparable high-availability, transaction-heavy environments.
• Experience with Spanish, Belgian, or Dutch market platforms is highly valued.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
