A global commodity trading company with 40 years of international presence and headquarters in Cyprus is seeking a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Administrator to manage and optimize the Dynamics 365 environment.

Duties and responsibilities: - System Administration: Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 applications to ensure smooth operation
- Functional Management: Perform functional management tasks to enable the best user experience and ensure secure, fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions
- User Management: Set up user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Customization & Configuration: Modify workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, perform migrations, and manage integrations with other systems
- Troubleshooting & Support: Address technical issues and provide end-user support by responding to requests and solving problems
- Collaboration: Work with end users, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality
- Documentation: Document system and process descriptions
Skills and Experience: - BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process Management
- 2-3 years of experience as a system administrator, functional admin, or consultant for Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required; Greek language skills are a strong advantage
- Team player with strong analytical thinking
- Must reside permanently in Cyprus
