Our client a global fintech company is looking to hire a Senior BDM to join their team in Cyprus. The company has been operating for over 15 years, providing liquidity aggregation and institutional hosting to brokers, hedge funds, and financial institutions. Duties and responsibilities: - Developing new business and identifying new international B2B opportunities
- Promoting the company's core solutions: bridges, APIs, and FIX connectivity
- Keeping high professionalism with client interaction and developing effective communication skills for long term client relationships
- Always maintaining a technical understanding and deep product knowledge
- Attending events, expos and conferences and networking gatherings
Experience and skills needed: - 3+ years of fintech sales preferably in a liquidity provider or a company offering bridging solutions
- Strong global market exposure with institutional clients
- Understanding of bridges, APIs, FIX protocol, and trading platforms.
- Self-driven, fluent in English, able to manage full sales cycle
- Willing to work onsite and relocate to Cyprus
Benefits on Offer: - Base salary €60,000 per year gross.
- Commissions based on sales performance and the client net revenue.
- Flexibility in structuring the base salary. If agreed, the company can increase the base salary upfront, any amount paid over the standard base will later be deducted from the earned commissions to ensure total compensation remains aligned with performance.
