For our client in the iGaming sector, we are looking for a CRM Segmentation Specialist (On-site in St. Julians, Malta) In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer data into targeted campaigns that drive player activation, retention, and reactivation. You combine strong analytical skills with marketing expertise and work closely with various teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate data analyses into segmentations and commercial opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and develop tailored player journeys.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns via email, push, in-app, and loyalty programs.
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation).
- Develop segmentations, including high-value players and churn risks.
- Optimize the player lifecycle through personalization and automation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Align campaigns with Marketing, Product, Player Experience, Casino Operations, and Sportsbook teams.
Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Mautic, Optimove, or Solitics is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
- Familiar with compliance within the regulated gambling sector.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Accurate, result-driven, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
