Our client, a global leader in MarTech and online customer acquisition, is expanding its affiliate team and is looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and manage strong partnerships that drive measurable growth. Your Role

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliates and partners across international markets.
• Negotiate deals, placements, and commission structures to maximize ROI.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, expanding the network in key regions.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

  
What You Bring

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) – both are mandatory.
• Previous experience in affiliate management, media buying, PPC, or campaign management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
