The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Principal Consultant to lead and expand our Financial Services, FinTech, and Crypto division from our Malta office.
This is a senior, strategic role for a high-performing recruiter with a strong track record in international markets. You will have the autonomy to develop a new desk, drive business development, and deliver exceptional results for clients across Malta, the UAE, Europe, and the CIS regions.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Financial Services / FinTech / Crypto desk from our Malta office.
• Develop and manage client relationships across multiple international territories.
• Leverage your existing network to generate new business and secure high-value mandates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive positions.
• Collaborate with Boston Link's global teams while maintaining full accountability for your market strategy and performance.
• Play a key role in mentoring and supporting consultants as the division grows.

About You

• 10+ years of recruitment experience at senior level within Financial Services.
• Expertise and networks within FinTech and Crypto markets.
• Proven ability to win, manage, and retain international clients.
• Commercially astute, strategic thinker with entrepreneurial flair.
• Professional, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
