Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on creating engaging player journeys and driving growth across multiple brands? As Cross-Sell Manager, you’ll take ownership of the group’s strategy to increase player activity and lifetime value across 14 online gaming brands. You’ll combine analytical insight with creativity to deliver impactful cross-channel campaigns that make a measurable difference.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement cross-sell strategies across Casino & Sports brands.
  • Identify key opportunities to enhance player lifetime value (LTV).
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, CRM, in-app).
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Present results and insights to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, cross-sell, or lifecycle marketing (iGaming, e-commerce, or digital).
  • Proven success driving engagement and retention across multiple brands or verticals.
  • Strong grasp of email/SMS platforms, segmentation, and automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
