As a Senior Data Solutions Specialist, you'll play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and improving complex systems that support the unit's intelligence and analysis functions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations within enterprise system environments.
• Collaborate with end-users to develop and test new process flows, data validations, and triggers.
• Create detailed documentation for workflows, data maps, and technical considerations.
• Develop and deliver system projects on time, ensuring seamless integration and high quality.
• Work with technical teams to manage web servers, databases, and data-sharing systems.
• Support Business Intelligence teams by providing insights into data architecture and system changes.

 
Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science (MQF Level 6) with at least 4 years' experience, or an MQF Level 5 qualification with 5 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise CRM/ERP systems, workflow automation, and SQL/database management in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Maltese.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
