An international insurance company is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Reconcile and maintain accurate investment and treasury data across custodians, managers, and the Clearwater platform.
- Prepare, enhance, and present treasury and investment reporting to Investment Committees, Boards, and senior management.
- Support onboarding and integration of new investment portfolios, including those arising from M&A activity.
- Monitor investment performance, cashflows, trades, settlements, corporate actions, and receivables/payables; execute security transfers and ensure post-settlement accuracy.
- Assist in reviewing and updating investment guidelines and management agreements; support onboarding of alternative investments.
- Monitor asset and liability duration, capital and interest rate exposure, and currency positions across Group entities.
- Analyze liquidity flows, perform netting activities, reconcile bank accounts, monitor borrowing needs, manage cash balances, and execute payments (including FX settlements).
- Prepare collateral, covenant, and borrowing-related reporting; review interest rate resets on facilities.
- Collaborate with actuarial, compliance, legal, and finance teams on cross-functional projects.
- Support the implementation and improvement of treasury systems and processes.
Requirements: - Background in banking, investments, insurance, or accounting.
- 3–5 years’ experience in treasury or investment functions.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, interest rates, and economic impacts.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and related systems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
