The Position
We are looking for a driven, energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support growth across multiple industries in Malta. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  
Who You Are
  • Experienced in selling enterprise IT systems and/or software solutions
  • A natural people-person with strong sales instincts and negotiation skills
  • A confident communicator who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and healthy debate
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and focused on delivering standout results
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Passionate about technology and its business impact
  
What You Will Do
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, meeting and exceeding annual targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experience
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality service
  • Align customer needs with internal capabilities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts
