We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the CEO of a CSP.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence and phone communications
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain files, records, and other organizational systems
- Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets)
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Prior PA or administrative experience preferred
