We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the CEO of a CSP.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle email correspondence and phone communications
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain files, records, and other organizational systems
  • Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets)
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Prior PA or administrative experience preferred
