As Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll ensure that our internal processes meet the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a high-performing team and serve as a key player in delivering operational excellence across all serviced markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company's service standards and regulatory requirements
- Compliance & Quality Control: Monitor and maintain internal operational controls and service quality across all jurisdictions
- Customer Complaints: Act as the first point of contact for complaints escalated to Operations, ensuring prompt resolution and proper routing
- Query Resolution: Handle internal and external operational queries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Procedure Maintenance: Keep all operational procedures aligned with the company’s policies and ensure documentation is always up-to-date
- Safeguarding Officer: Fulfil safeguarding responsibilities to protect customer data and uphold the company’s wealth security universe
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior managers and departments to support and streamline operational processes
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the operations team through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and continuous development
- Reporting: Keep your superiors informed on day-to-day activities and proactively escalate critical matters
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, and innovation
- Ad Hoc Duties: Support the Head of Operations with additional responsibilities as required
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in operations management, preferably within banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the EU would be considered as an Asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
