A pension provider is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities - Manage daily compliance queries, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
- Handle regulatory requests (e.g. MFSA, FIAU) accurately and on time.
- Process due diligence requests for third-party providers and members.
- Coordinate evidence collection for complaints investigations and maintain compliance registers.
- Support implementation of the compliance monitoring plan.
- Conduct client and third-party screening and risk-based reviews.
- Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with regulatory filings and data collection for reports and thematic reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance function.
Requirements: - 2+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally in Compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to conduct research effectively.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and accountable with a positive, collaborative attitude.
