Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support across multiple practice areas, including corporate, contract, trust and foundation, employment and tax law.
- Assist with corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and legal agreements.
- Support the setup and ongoing administration of trusts, foundations and licensed entities.
- Manage legal aspects of company applications, redomiciliations and ongoing client matters.
- Handle day-to-day legal work in line with client needs.
- Participate in in-house training, courses and professional development activities.
- A Law degree.
- Interest in corporate, commercial and related legal practice areas.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, reliable and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
