You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, ranging from individuals to complex legal entities, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include • Acting as the primary contact for clients and handling complex queries and account setups
• Managing and nurturing long term client relationships
• Monitoring client account activity and progress
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products and services
• Liaising closely with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Finance, and external financial institutions
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with team members on complex accounts
• Staying informed on market trends and regulatory developments
