Our client is seeking a high-performing, proactive, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale their marketing function across MENA, Africa, and Asia for their fast growing operations.
Working remotely this role requires a deep understanding of client acquisition in high-risk industries, including FX, CFD, and Crypto trading, as well as strong competence in marketing funnels, performance analytics, SMM, SEO, lead generation, and offline events.
Experience in EdTech (trading academies, online courses, educational funnels) will be considered a significant advantage, as educational content will form part of our marketing ecosystem.
This position comes with full ownership of marketing strategy and a clear growth path to CMO. Note that the tasks might seem many however the company hasn't scaled yet due to smaller size
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy
- Assist in building marketing strategy across all channels and regions.
- Build and manage the entire marketing structure from the ground up.
- Create data-driven marketing roadmaps aligned with company OKRs.
- Translate business goals into performance-oriented marketing initiatives.
2. Funnel Management & Performance Marketing
- Develop and optimize full acquisition funnels:
awareness → engagement → conversion → deposit → trading activation. - Manage multi-channel performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, native, programmatic).
- Implement advanced attribution models, KPI dashboards, and conversion optimization.
- Constantly monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, ROMI and take proactive action to achieve KPI/OKR targets set quarterly with management
3. Lead Generation & User Acquisition
- Own lead generation across digital channels with strong focus on Google Ads and high-intent search.
- Scale paid traffic while ensuring compliance and ROI.
- Build landing pages and websites with the Product/Dev team and run A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Adjust the CJMs for a better performance and conversion
4. SMM & Content Ecosystem
- Build SMM posting calendars, content flows, and messaging across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram.
- Oversee creation of trading-related educational content (articles, videos, explainers).
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and compliance teams.
5. SEO Growth & Organic Visibility
- Define and execute SEO strategy to improve rankings, authority, and organic lead flow.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee blog development, onsite optimization, backlinks, and technical SEO improvements.
6. Offline Events, Expos & Meetups
- Plan and manage participation in global FX/Crypto expos, roadshows, and conferences.
- Organize regional offline meetups with IBs, partners, and trading communities.
- Drive offline lead generation and brand presence.
7. High-Risk Industry Acquisition Expertise
- Apply deep understanding of high-risk acquisition flows (FX, CFDs brokerages , Crypto).
- Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Understand trader behavior, activation triggers, and lifecycle retention.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Development on website and product releases.
- Align with Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships for shared goals.
- Sync with Compliance on risk warnings and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure multi-country coordination across MENA, Africa, and Asia.
Requirements
- Professional Background
- 3-5 years in marketing roles within CFD/FX, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or high-risk digital industries.
- Strong experience in SMM, SEO, and performance advertising.
- Practical knowledge of client acquisition mechanics for traders and investors.
- Experience in EdTech or educational product funnels is a strong plus.
