Our client is a data-driven online lead generation business operating across highly competitive verticals, including iGaming, Financial Services, Health, and Communications. Performance, optimisation, and insight sit at the core of how the business operates across all acquisition channels.

They are seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to lead and develop their BI function. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data engineering and analytics who has progressed into BI leadership, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment. You will lead a small BI team, own the data platform, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights that directly inform commercial and strategic decision-making.

Candidates with hands-on experience building and scaling BI systems to support high-growth, performance-led organisations will be particularly well suited to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Business Intelligence function, covering data engineering, analytics, and reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, warehouse models, and semantic layers
  • Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and accurate reporting across all marketing channels
  • Deliver advanced performance analysis across traffic sources, funnels, cohorts, lifetime value, and profitability
  • Define and implement scalable BI processes, standards, and best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a BI team comprising data analysts, engineers, and developers
  • Own and manage the BI roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Monetisation, Product, and Finance teams to improve tracking, data collection, and reporting accuracy
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Champion a data-driven culture through technical leadership and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
  • 6+ years’ experience in data-focused roles, combining analytics and data engineering
  • Background in affiliate marketing or performance-driven digital businesses
  • Proven hands-on experience building and scaling BI platforms, including pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, and analytics frameworks
  • Experience managing a small BI team with both analysts and engineers
  • Strong SQL skills and experience using Python for analysis, automation, and data modelling
  • Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of performance analysis, cohort analysis, LTV modelling, forecasting, and experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Experience defining KPIs, attribution models, and maintaining high data quality standards
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Why Join?
  • Join a high-performance, data-led digital business operating across multiple international markets
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours
  • Collaborative environment that values autonomy, experimentation, and measurable impact
  • Opportunity to shape BI strategy and infrastructure with direct influence on growth, traffic, and revenue
  • Play a key role in building a scalable analytics culture within a fast-moving organisation
