Our client is a performance-driven digital business operating within the online gambling and broader high-risk vertical space. They are seeking an experienced
PPC Manager with a strong track record of delivering results in restricted and regulated advertising environments.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly analytical, commercially focused, and comfortable managing complex multi-platform PPC strategies in fast-moving, performance-led environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute advanced PPC strategies tailored to online gambling platforms to drive targeted traffic and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Taboola, and affiliate networks
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement high-conversion paid search strategies
- Build, manage, and continuously optimise multi-platform PPC campaigns
- Create, test, and refine ad copy, landing pages, funnels, and campaign structures to maximise ROI
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance in real time, using data-led insights to iterate and scale results
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques relevant to PPC in high-risk verticals
- Collaborate closely with internal design, development, and marketing teams to align execution with performance objectives
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to identify high-performing campaign elements and eliminate underperforming components
- Produce regular performance reports, budget forecasts, and strategic updates for senior stakeholders
- Take full ownership of PPC KPIs and overall campaign performance
About You: - Proven experience as a PPC Manager within online gambling, crypto, or other high-risk industries
- Strong expertise in advanced PPC strategies, including cloaking and alternative traffic approaches
- Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and affiliate platforms
- Comfortable working with tracking, attribution, and cloaking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and pivot strategies quickly
- In-depth understanding of gambling industry regulations, compliance considerations, and operational risk
- Creative, resourceful, and results-driven, with a willingness to challenge standard approaches to outperform competitors
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple traffic sources and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, performance-focused environments
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
