Our client is a leading affiliate and lead generation business operating in high-performance verticals, including iGaming and Finance. They create high-quality websites and content designed to guide customer decisions while driving relevant traffic through both organic and paid search channels.

They are seeking a strategic and driven SEO Director to lead their SEO function. In this role, you will develop and execute holistic strategies that deliver high-quality traffic, generate leads for partners, and build a high-performing team of SEO specialists and product owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust content strategy to drive significant organic traffic growth, with a focus on lead generation and high-quality conversions
• Build, scale, and mentor a talented team of SEO specialists and product owners, including hiring and shaping the team structure
• Ensure all digital assets are fully optimised for search, including technical SEO, on-page content, and off-page strategies
• Design and execute SEO experiments to validate hypotheses, improve performance, and refine strategies
• Stay up to date with search engine developments and emerging best practices, applying insights to maintain competitive advantage
• Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and make informed strategic decisions to continually enhance traffic and lead generation

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven leadership experience building and managing SEO teams, fostering a positive and results-driven culture
• Deep expertise in SEO, including content, technical, and off-page strategies
• Track record of successfully developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic growth
• Familiarity with lead generation and affiliate marketing, understanding how content drives conversion
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to optimise strategies
• Prior experience in the iGaming or other high-competition online verticals is highly desirable
