Lead the paid media team across iGaming, casino, and betting brands. Oversee campaign execution, reporting, and operational processes. This role is hands-on when required, client-facing, and responsible for driving consistency, efficiency, and performance across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor media buyers and ad operations team members
- Oversee campaign setup, pacing, quality assurance, and ongoing optimisation across channels
- Establish and enforce processes, naming conventions, and reporting standards
- Collaborate with the Creative team on ad testing, performance feedback, and iteration
- Present campaign results to clients, gather feedback, and recommend next steps
- Manage agency-side advertising operations, including:
- Account setup and management, asset organisation, billing, and access permissions
- Resolving policy issues, unlocking credit limits, and managing account restrictions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, negotiate commercial terms, gain early access to new features, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Work closely with senior strategy stakeholders to align budgets, scaling plans, and growth priorities
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and workload management across teams and clients
Requirements: - Proven experience running paid media campaigns within iGaming, casino, or betting
- Several years of experience in paid media across multiple digital channels
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous agency or multi-brand experience preferred
- Highly organised, process-oriented, and analytical mindset
- Confident presenting performance data, troubleshooting issues, and making quick, informed decisions
- Bonus: experience with reporting tools, automation, or workflow management systems
