Lead the creative advertising vision across iGaming, casino, and betting brands. Act as the bridge between clients, designers, and media teams to deliver high-performing ads. This is a hands-on role involving scripting, briefing, and shaping overall creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the creative advertising strategy across all client brands, including casino, sweepstakes, and betting
- Write compelling ad scripts, headlines, and copy for video, UGC, and display formats
- Develop clear, structured briefs for internal teams and external designers or editors
- Review, test, and optimise creative assets based on performance data
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and advertising best practices
- Maintain close collaboration with design agencies, freelancers, and client creative teams
- Present and confidently sell creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and prioritise in-house design resources
- Work closely with Paid Media and Project Management leads to ensure aligned campaign execution
- Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines, advertising policies, and technical specifications
What do you have to offer? - Proven experience in iGaming, casino, or betting marketing (essential)
- Strong creative direction background with the ability to lead both visual and narrative concepts
- Excellent English communication skills
- Deep understanding of digital advertising formats, funnels, and performance metrics
- Confident using data and analytics to inform creative iteration (e.g. engagement, conversion, and cost efficiency)
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media, design, and clients
- Bonus: hands-on experience with design or video tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, After Effects, or similar)
- High level of autonomy, ownership mentality, and a commercially minded approach
