A well-established and fast-growing European banking institution is looking to strengthen its IT function with the addition of an IT Infrastructure Administrator.

Operating across multiple EU markets and regulated at the highest level, the organisation combines financial stability with a strong focus on secure, modern technology platforms.

You will take ownership of core infrastructure services, work closely with key technology partners, and contribute directly to strengthening cybersecurity and driving enterprise-wide digitalisation initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for the organisation's IT infrastructure, including networks
  • Prepare infrastructure budgets and present proposals to stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key IT infrastructure partners and vendors
  • Oversee support and administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, and Windows/Linux server environments
  • Ensure the stable, secure, and reliable operation of all IT systems
  • Maintain, optimise, and continuously improve server infrastructure
  • Operate and support hybrid environments using Active Directory and Azure
  • Strengthen cybersecurity controls and practices across the organisation
  • Drive the digitalisation of enterprise systems, including document management solutions (DMS)
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree in Business IT, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the IT field
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and high attention to detail
  • Driven, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with evolving technologies, products, and systems
  • Solid knowledge of IT support, project management, and process management
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • ITIL experience or background is considered an advantage
