We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Community Manager to grow brand presence and build an engaged online community within the sweepstakes casino space.

This role will own and develop the social media strategy from the ground up, creating engaging, trend-led content that attracts, informs, and entertains. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms, while using player insights and performance data to continuously optimise results. This position is ideal for a digital-first, results-driven professional who enjoys building brands and communities online.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives, in collaboration with marketing, casino, and CRM teams
• Work closely with design teams to produce engaging video and static content for social channels
• Plan, manage, and optimise the social media content calendar, ensuring timely, engaging, and platform-optimised delivery across relevant channels
• Build, manage, and grow online communities across all relevant platforms
• Track and analyse social media performance, using insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the iGaming or social casino sector
• Proven ability to create and execute social media strategies focused on engagement and audience growth
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and using them to amplify content reach
• Strong ability to manage real-time community engagement and handle sensitive or crisis communications when necessary
