Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Manager to take ownership of affiliate and influencer partnerships within the digital entertainment sector. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners who can drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, data-driven, and confident in building and scaling partner networks. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage affiliate and influencer partners, while maintaining strong ongoing relationships
• Negotiate commercial agreements and optimise partnership terms to maximise return on investment
• Collaborate with partners to deliver engaging content across multiple digital channels, including websites, video, blogs, social platforms, and forums
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and recommend data-backed optimisations
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights using analytics and reporting tools
• Work closely with internal teams such as SEO, content, design, and creative to ensure aligned campaign execution
• Manage partner payments, ensure contractual compliance, and monitor for potential fraud or misuse
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing

What do you have to offer?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within affiliate, partnership, or influencer management
• Previous experience in online gaming, digital entertainment, or sports marketing is highly desirable
• Proven track record of scaling and optimising affiliate or influencer programs
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools
• Experience using analytics platforms and affiliate marketing software
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing budgets and commercial agreements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative partnership ideas
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
