Own the global recruitment marketing strategy
Build and scale a standout employer brand
Deliver high-impact campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand activations
Drive social, digital, and CRM-led candidate engagement
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and senior stakeholders
Manage agencies and optimise campaigns using data, insight, and performance metrics
What You Bring:
~5 years’ experience in marketing (B2B, employer branding, or recruitment marketing)
Proven success running multi-channel campaigns
Strong experience in events, partnerships, and brand activation
Commercial, data-driven, and confident in fast-paced environments
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
