A fast-growing iGaming business is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Controller to play a pivotal, hands-on role within its finance function. Reporting directly to the Corporate and Strategic Projects Director, this position offers real ownership, influence, and exposure in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
This role is suited to a practical, execution-focused finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking accountability, and partnering closely with the business.
The Role You will own day-to-day finance operations while contributing to commercial finance and strategic initiatives across a multi-entity group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning month-end close, reconciliations, payments, treasury, and regulatory reporting
• Preparing and analysing management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Providing commercial insight and decision support to senior stakeholders
• Driving process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls
  Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors
• Acting as a finance business partner to operational teams
• Supporting and overseeing day-to-day transactional activity within the finance team

About You:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA – essential)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial finance or financial controlling (iGaming experience essential)
• Comfortable operating under pressure in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  Strong FP&A capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP/accounting systems experience preferred
• Proactive, resilient, and hands-on with a strong commercial mindset
