A well established CSP is looking to hire an Accounts Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for a diverse client portfolio.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with GAPSME, IFRS, and local requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee VAT, tax filings, payroll, and other client deliverables.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Act as a key client contact, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
- Stay current with accounting standards, tax laws, and CPD requirements.
Requirements: - Degree in Accounting and/or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
- 4–5 years’ experience in an accounting environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS, and local compliance requirements.
- Experience managing full accounting cycles, including reporting and payroll.
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
