We are representing an established iGaming Operator that manages 15 casino brands across a mix of regulated and emerging markets. They’re growing and are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take real ownership of key Affiliate partnerships and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
What you’ll be doing: - Managing and growing relationships with key casino affiliates across multiple GEOs
- Negotiating and structuring CPA, Rev Share and Hybrid deals
- Evaluating partnerships from a commercial and analytical standpoint (LTV, ROI, player value)
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners in strategic markets
- Monitoring performance and making data-driven optimisation decisions
- Keeping close to market trends and competitor activity within the casino space
Your skills: - 3/4+ years’ experience in iGaming affiliate management
- Strong understanding of the casino affiliate ecosystem, including the operator side
- Proven track record across a range of GEOs (Tier 1 and/or emerging markets)
- A solid industry network and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Commercially minded, comfortable analysing deal structures and performance data
- Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus
