Accounting Services Manager
 
Our client is currently seeking an Accounting Services Manager to lead a small team while delivering strategic financial guidance to clients through Fractional CFO services.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional ready to step into a leadership and
client-facing advisory role.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three semi-qualified accountants
- Plan, allocate, and review workloads to ensure efficiency and timely delivery
- Maintain strong quality control across financial reporting and deliverables
- Build and manage client relationships with professionalism and commercial awareness
- Provide Fractional CFO services, offering strategic financial insight and business advisory support
 
Qualifications & Experience
- ACCA qualification or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA warrant (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with client-facing exposure
