We are looking for a
Head of VIP to define and own the VIP function end-to-end across casino, sportsbook, and predictive gaming products.
This role carries full accountability for VIP portfolio performance, proposition design, long-term value creation, and competitive positioning. It encompasses all aspects of VIP operations, from portfolio economics and player treatment to onboarding, engagement, marketing visibility, and partnership activation.
The engagement is always-on and proactive by design, with an expectation to anticipate player behaviour, capitalise on opportunities, and mitigate risk before it materialises.
What you will be doing: - Own the global VIP portfolio with accountability for revenue, retention, LTV, incentive efficiency, and exposure.
- Define and operate the VIP portfolio framework, including segmentation, tiers, benefits, limits, and engagement logic.
- Establish real-time monitoring, alerting, and decision-making processes.
- Make high-impact commercial decisions on incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and player treatment.
- Provide regular performance outlooks and strategic insight to senior leadership.
Strategy, Vision & Competitive Advantage: - Define and continuously evolve the VIP vision and strategy across all products.
- Maintain a deep, current understanding of competitor VIP propositions and shifting player expectations.
- Ensure the VIP offering is clearly differentiated, defensible, and culturally relevant.
- Balance short-term performance with long-term loyalty, sustainability, and brand status.
Always-On Growth, Onboarding & Awareness: - Own VIP onboarding strategy end-to-end, from first touch through long-term engagement.
- Work closely with CRM, product, social, acquisition, partnerships, and brand teams to scale the VIP portfolio.
- Ensure VIP propositions, benefits, and experiences are clearly positioned and consistently communicated.
- Oversee VIP social and community presence (including X and Discord) as always-on acquisition, engagement, and signalling channels.
Partnerships & Experience Design: - Define the framework for converting partnerships and sponsorships into exclusive, tangible VIP value.
- Approve and prioritise high-impact VIP experiences tied to partners, events, and talent.
- Ensure partner assets are actively deployed to reinforce loyalty, differentiation, and status.
Team Leadership & Operating Model: - Build, lead, and develop the VIP function, including portfolio managers, VIP managers, and supporting roles.
- Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and operating workflows.
- Set standards for proactive engagement, responsiveness, and decision-making.
- Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and commercial thinking.
Data, Systems & Governance: - Define VIP KPIs, reporting cadence, and decision frameworks.
- Ensure strong collaboration with data, CRM, and product teams.
- Establish clear governance around incentives, risk, exposure, and player treatment.
- Continuously improve tooling, processes, and automation to support scale and efficiency.
What you bring: - 5+ years’ experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles within iGaming.
- Proven ownership of high-value portfolios with direct commercial accountability.
- Strong analytical and strategic capability, with confidence making decisions under uncertainty.
- Experience building and leading teams and defining operating models.
- Deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and high-value player behaviour.
- Comfortable operating in an always-on, high-responsibility environment.
