They are seeking a
Senior VIP Manager to take full ownership of a high-value VIP portfolio and actively grow it across all product areas.
This role is strategic, commercial, and hands-on. The successful candidate makes autonomous, data-driven decisions while collaborating with marketing, CRM, product, social, acquisition, and partnership teams. They proactively shape VIP engagement, drive onboarding, increase visibility, and deliver distinctive experiences for top-tier players.
The role requires constant vigilance and forward planning, anticipating player behaviour, managing risks, and acting before value is lost.
Key Responsibilities:VIP Portfolio Management - Lead and manage a high-value VIP portfolio, accountable for revenue, retention, lifetime value, and incentive efficiency.
- Monitor player activity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities early.
- Take proactive action based on player behaviour to protect and enhance portfolio value.
- Define segmentation, tiers, benefits, and exposure limits for VIPs.
- Make quick, commercially sound decisions on rewards, bespoke offers, limits, and re-engagement strategies.
Strategy & Market Positioning - Translate insights into a long-term VIP strategy across multiple product areas.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and evolving player expectations.
- Ensure VIP propositions are differentiated, credible, and highly desirable for top-tier players.
Marketing & Onboarding - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and engage the VIP portfolio.
- Ensure VIP benefits and experiences are clearly communicated and visible across all channels.
- Support proactive onboarding campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain high-value players.
- Manage social and community channels to drive engagement, onboard new VIPs, and highlight VIP offerings.
Partnerships & Experience Design - Transform partnerships and sponsorships into tangible, exclusive VIP benefits.
- Design impactful VIP experiences that reinforce loyalty, status, and differentiation.
Team Leadership & Execution - Guide and oversee Junior VIP Managers, setting clear expectations and accountability standards.
- Establish and maintain best practices for proactive engagement, portfolio management, and decision-making.
- Intervene directly in areas of high value, exposure, or risk when required.
Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high-value customer or client portfolios in iGaming, betting, fintech, trading, or similar fast-paced sectors.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
- Comfortable making rapid, high-impact decisions in always-on, dynamic environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively across marketing, CRM, product, and partnership teams.
- Solid understanding of competitive VIP or high-value customer landscapes and contemporary high-value player behaviour.
