Our client is a Malta-based financial institution with a growing presence across several European markets. An opportunity has arisen for a Deposit Sales Representative to join a dynamic and professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit growth through proactive sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on individual business targets and sales plans.
  • Conduct active prospecting and client acquisition activities.
  • Provide high-quality sales and advisory services with a focus on promoting deposit products and ensuring strong client satisfaction.
  • Execute contracts in line with established procedures and compliance standards.
  • Support client onboarding processes and ensure accurate completion and submission of required documentation.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios to mitigate potential risks and losses.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives within area of expertise.
Your Profile:
  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-office banking role with a strong focus on sales and acquisition, ideally within the retail segment or relationship management.
  • Demonstrated sales capability with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit products and related banking services.
  • Understanding of acquisition and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Valid driving licence.
