An opportunity has arisen for a
Deposit Sales Representative to join a dynamic and professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit growth through proactive sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on individual business targets and sales plans.
- Conduct active prospecting and client acquisition activities.
- Provide high-quality sales and advisory services with a focus on promoting deposit products and ensuring strong client satisfaction.
- Execute contracts in line with established procedures and compliance standards.
- Support client onboarding processes and ensure accurate completion and submission of required documentation.
- Monitor and review client portfolios to mitigate potential risks and losses.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives within area of expertise.
Your Profile: - Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-office banking role with a strong focus on sales and acquisition, ideally within the retail segment or relationship management.
- Demonstrated sales capability with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong knowledge of deposit products and related banking services.
- Understanding of acquisition and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Valid driving licence.
