A growing financial institution, headquartered in Malta, is expanding its presence in the central Europe. The bank provides a range of lending solutions including working capital, real estate, project finance, and investment loans, along with deposit products for both individual and corporate clients.
The
Risk Analyst will support the Risk Management department in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial risk analysis, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the compilation, collection, and analysis of risk-related data and reports
- Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior management
- Support compliance with banking regulations
- Assist with data collection and analysis for risk assessments
- Review and update policies and procedures as necessary
- Perform administrative and other tasks to support the Risk Management team
Requirements: - Some experience in banking, finance, or a related field is an asset
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking or Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a dynamic, growing team
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
