About the Role This is a key creative and strategic position where you will take full ownership of the company’s digital presence, content ecosystem, and brand voice. You will lead social media strategy, produce engaging content across multiple channels, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The role blends hands-on content creation, community management, and performance analysis while collaborating closely with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) and external agencies to drive brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities - Own and protect the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity, messaging guidelines, and overall consistency
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure all content (social media, PR, newsletters, blogs, website, campaigns) aligns with brand standards
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others as relevant
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content to drive engagement, community growth, and brand advocacy
- Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, manage community interactions, and foster positive online conversations
- Support SEO efforts by optimising website content, blogs, and landing pages for better visibility and conversions
- Assist in planning and executing PPC and paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels
- Act as the central point of contact for all marketing-related activities and external agency deliverables
- Work closely with design, compliance, and product teams to ensure content is accurate, regulator-friendly, and on-brand
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment, growth) using tools like Google Analytics, social platform insights, and others
What We’re Looking For - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Exceptional writing skills with a natural talent for storytelling, tone consistency, and engaging audiences
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, digital content strategy, and performance marketing principles
- Strong visual sense and familiarity with design principles to ensure brand looks cohesive across digital and print
- Proficiency with digital tools: social media schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
