Boston Link is partnering with a leading business advisory firm to hire a Client Solutions Advisor. This is a permanent role paying up to €30,000 + Commission + Benefits
Responsibilities: - Schedule and manage client meetings, in person or online.
- Collaborate with internal experts to design tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver customised proposals and presentations.
- Drive the sales process to secure signed Letters of Engagement.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions.
Requirements: - 2+ years in sales or account management, ideally in professional services or consultancy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Skills & Attributes: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
