Job Title: Polish-Speaking Recruiter (1+ Year Experience)
Salary: 24,000 + Benefits + Commission (OTE 30,000+ Year 1)
Location: Saint Julians Malta
 
We are looking for a motivated Polish and English-speaking Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our client. Ideally, you will have recruitment experience within Forex, Gaming, or FinTech and be confident hiring for commercial roles, as you will primarily support the HR Manager with recruitment across the Polish market, focusing on Sales and Account Management positions.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage
• Work closely with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and salary expectations
• Actively source and headhunt candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates for Sales and Account Management roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience

 
Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Minimum 1+ year recruitment experience (internal preferred)
• Experience recruiting Sales or Account Management roles
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Organised, target-driven, and confident working with stakeholders
