A well established CSP is looking to hire a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities: - Originate and generate new outbound business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute structured business development initiatives aligned with defined revenue targets and market priorities.
- Identify, build, and manage intermediary networks and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of intermediary relationships to generate recurring referral-based revenue.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and proposed closures of opportunities sourced through direct outreach.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new jurisdictions, intermediaries, and revenue opportunities.
- Propose new commercial initiatives and partnership opportunities to support long-term growth.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity and partnership documentation.
- Travel internationally to support approved business development and relationship management initiatives.
Requirements: - Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or international markets preferred.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to close opportunities.
- Experience working with international clients and intermediary networks.
- Confident communicator with strong networking and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with measurable performance expectations.
