Claims Executive Circa - €26,000 per Anum

A leading insurance organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Executive to join its Claims team, managing Household and Private Marine claims from notification through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities

• Register and assess new claims in accordance with policy coverage
• Manage Household and Private Marine claims portfolios
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive claims records
• Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, and external stakeholders
• Investigate and assess potentially fraudulent claims
• Process claim payments promptly and accurately within authority limits
• Conduct proactive case reviews to ensure efficient file progression
• Contribute to claims process improvements and optimisation initiatives
• Support team members with delegated tasks as required

Candidate Profile

• Experience in general insurance claims, ideally Household and/or Marine
• Strong understanding of policy wordings and coverage interpretation
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
