The Role:An experienced
Affiliate Manager is sought to manage, grow, and optimise affiliate partnerships within the sweepstakes social casino and crypto gaming sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring proven hands-on experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of the iGaming landscape, and ideally an established network of crypto casino affiliates.
The role reports directly to senior leadership within the affiliate function.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, expand, and manage relationships with both existing and new affiliate partners
- Identify and recruit high-performing crypto casino affiliates
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to maximise ROI and player acquisition
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns and affiliate materials
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely commission processing, invoice tracking, and payment reconciliation
- Provide day-to-day affiliate support, including sourcing, qualifying, approving, and onboarding new partners
- Conduct profitability analysis, ensure tracking accuracy, and manage affiliate data and creatives
- Deliver performance insights, reporting, and reviews to internal stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity within the crypto and social casino space
Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within online casino or crypto gaming operations
- An established portfolio of active crypto casino affiliates and traffic partners is advantageous
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools (e.g., Income Access or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of player acquisition, retention, and conversion funnels within the iGaming industry
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in remote environments
