Finance Manager  Fully Remote | Fintech paying up to €65,000 + Benefits.
 
A growing Fintech business is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a fast paced financial services environment, supporting both financial reporting and operational finance activities while working closely with the wider Group Finance function.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, tax returns and statutory filings
• Supporting Group Finance with monthly reporting and management of intercompany balances
• Monitoring controls to ensure proper segregation of company and client funds
• Involvement in financial operations including merchant settlements, cashflow management, expense payments and reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting reports to the MFSA and Central Bank of Malta
• Managing relationships with auditors, tax advisors and other partners
• Supporting internal reporting and ad hoc finance projects

 
Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant
• 3+ years accounting experience within Fintech, Payments or Financial Services
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English
• Basic understanding of EU AML and CFT regulations
