Support and facilitate the implementation and reporting of the Company’s RCSA process to ensure business unit risks and controls are identified, assessed, managed, and monitored in accordance with the company’s Operational Risk Management Policy
Manage and maintain the company’s central risk and control library
Analyse risk and control assessments, data and metrics to identify trends, including emerging risks, through root cause analysis and deep dive reviews
Undertake assurance reviews, including sample checks, of 1LoD Control Testing activities
Support in the development and execution of effective fraud prevention measures
Assess existing fraud controls, policies and procedures
Prepare reports for senior management to provide insight and analysis on risk management and control effectiveness including recommendations to improve controls commensurate with the company’s Risk Appetite
Provide 2LoD input and oversight of key change projects across the company
Assist in promoting and embedding a strong operational risk culture by raising awareness
Assist in the periodic update of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance expectations
