A fast-growing international crypto gaming platform is looking for an experienced VIP Manager to manage and develop relationships with high-value players across multiple markets.
This is a senior, player-facing role suited to someone with strong experience in the crypto casino or iGaming industry, who understands how to engage high rollers, build long-term relationships, and deliver a premium player experience.
You will manage a portfolio of VIP players, driving retention, loyalty, and lifetime value while working closely with CRM, marketing, payments, and support teams to ensure an exceptional service level.
  
The Role
As VIP Manager, you will act as the primary relationship owner for high-value players, ensuring they receive a highly personalised and premium experience across the platform.
You will monitor player activity and engagement, execute VIP initiatives, and proactively build strong relationships that enhance retention and player loyalty.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with VIP and high-value players
• Provide personalised support and deliver a premium player experience
• Monitor player activity, engagement, and retention metrics
• Execute VIP programs, rewards, bonuses, and loyalty initiatives
• Identify high-potential players and support their onboarding into the VIP program
• Coordinate with payments, risk, and customer support teams to resolve VIP issues quickly
• Monitor player behaviour to ensure compliance with internal policies and responsible gaming standards
• Proactively engage with VIP players via chat, email, and messaging platforms
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams on campaigns targeting high-value players

  
What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within crypto casinos or the wider iGaming industry
• Experience managing VIP portfolios or high-value players
• Strong understanding of VIP programs, loyalty systems, and player incentives
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and player retention skills
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and crypto payment systems
• Experience using CRM systems and player tracking tools
• Ability to handle sensitive player situations professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced online gaming environment
