Up to €85.000 - 2 Days in Office 

A leading international insurance business is recruiting for an experienced Head of Legal to lead its legal function and support operations across multiple European markets. This is a senior role working closely with leadership to provide strategic legal guidance and support business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Legal Department
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to senior management
- Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Reinsurance Treaties, and Group Policies
- Advise on insurance policy wording and product structuring
- Provide legal support on commercial partnerships and collaborations
- Support legal aspects of expansion into new European markets
- Oversee legal risk management, disputes, and litigation
 
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years experience within the non life insurance sector
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Law
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and insurance related agreements
- Solid understanding of insurance products and distribution structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Additional European languages are advantageous
