Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients.
- Liaise with clients, advisors, and authorities (e.g. MBR, Transport Malta).
- Assist with yacht registrations and sale/purchase transactions.
- Incorporate companies and handle day-to-day corporate administration.
- Conduct KYC and due diligence processes.
- Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with bank account openings and related communications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar CSP role.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Relevant qualification (law background is an advantage).
