About the Role We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our client's QA team. You will focus on designing, writing, and maintaining automated tests for complex trading platforms, covering Windows desktop applications, web, mobile (iOS & Android), and REST API services. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of products used daily by a large global user base.
Key Responsibilities - Write and maintain automated tests for Windows desktop applications, web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and REST API services
- Analyse automated test results and ensure consistent test coverage
- Identify, report, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and improve product quality
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and testing processes
Requirements - Solid knowledge and practical application of test design techniques
- Hands-on experience in test automation for web, mobile, or Windows desktop applications
- Experience automating REST API services
- Strong programming skills in Python or C# for test automation
- Experience with version control systems (SVN and/or Git)
- Experience working with CI systems (TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar)
- Good working knowledge of Windows OS
Advantages - Experience in load testing automation
- Familiarity with UNIX / Windows Command Line
- Knowledge of Linux or Mac OS
