Key Responsibilities • Manage client investment portfolios and provide tailored financial advice aligned with internal policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Actively acquire new clients across investments, insurance, pensions and deposits
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk procedures
• Monitor and report any control gaps or compliance issues to the relevant stakeholders
• Stay up to date with market trends, economic developments and investment strategies
• Contribute to internal research and investment insights
• Support business growth through networking and proactive client engagement
• Assist in business planning and budgeting activities when required
• Prepare reports and support projects as assigned
• Identify high-value opportunities and refer clients where appropriate
• Carry out general administrative and operational duties as needed
Requirements
• Proven experience within the investment or financial advisory space
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks within financial services
• Relevant qualification recognised by the MFSA for Investment Advisory
• Registered (or eligible to be registered) as an Investment Advisor with the MFSA
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, client-focused and commercially driven mindset
