A company in the iGaming industry is looking to hire a Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Responsibilities: - Manage regulatory relationships, licensing processes, and ongoing compliance obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
- Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and ensure controlled, well-prepared engagement.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused actions.
- Oversee corporate governance matters, including filings, disclosures, and group structure documentation.
- Manage and challenge corporate service providers and external advisors to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate external legal counsel and act as the internal point of contact for legal matters.
- Support corporate transactions, restructurings, and expansion initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.
- Ensure decisions with regulatory or corporate impact are properly documented and implemented.
- Provide pragmatic legal support, including contract review and handling minor disputes.
- Maintain strong control over sensitive information, disclosures, and audit trails.
Requirements: - More than 5 years’ experience in regulatory, legal, corporate governance, or similar roles.
- Legal qualification or formal legal training, with a commercial mindset.
- Experience with offshore jurisdictions and licenses.
- Strong knowledge of licensing processes, regulatory frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional structures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and external parties.
- Clear, concise communication and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
