Boston Link is partnering with a leading business advisory firm to hire a Sales Lead. This role will play a keep part in supporting business growth by driving sales, promoting our advisory services, and supporting clients throughout the engagement process.
This is a permanent role paying up to €35,000 + Commission + Benefits on target earnings €60,000 - €70,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to introduce AE Business Advisory’s services.
- Communicate with clients to schedule meetings, whether in person or online, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Develop and deliver customised proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Drive the sales process from initial engagement through to closure, securing signed Letters of Engagement and confirming client commitment.
- Work closely with internal experts to ensure the most suitable solutions are proposed to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records detailing client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
